Formål 

By combining lectures, workshops and practical exercises, the Management Awareness Training will give the management a basic understanding of the management role in the APQP4Wind process.

This includes an introduction to the APQP4Wind framework, requirements, and tools as well as reflections and discussions regarding the Management Support and Resources needed to have a successful implementation of APQP4Wind. 

Målgruppe

The target group of the APQP4WIND Management Awareness Training is Top-managers, Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Quality Managers and Process Managers involved in managing (parts of) the APQP process at Windpower suppliers, sub-suppliers, manufacturers and customers. APQP related processes are mainly Contract and Project management, Product and Process-development and Quality Management.
